Will I need to do anything before my session?
Intake & release forms will be emailed to you and should be completed before your session. Payment will be collected after session.
Do I need a consultation?
A Discovery Session is recommended for first-time clients to assess your goals, comfort level, and experience. However, you are welcome to begin with whichever phase feels right for you.
What should I bring to my session?
Comfortable clothing.
Is breathwork suitable for beginners?
Each session is tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
What if I’m running late?
Late arrivals may shorten your session time in order to respect appointments scheduled after yours.
What is the cancellation policy?
Minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
- 24+ hours notice: Rebook with no penalty.
- Within 24 hours: The session is considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
